1. Warranty Eligibility:
To be eligible for warranty service, the product must have been purchased directly from Mobileflixx or an authorized Mobileflixx distributor. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
2. Warranty Claims Process:
If you believe your Mobileflixx product is defective and eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Mobileflixx Customer Support:

- Navigate to the "Support" section and find the "Contact Us" page.
- Provide details about the issue and attach proof of purchase.
b. Receive Authorization:
- MobileFlixx Customer Support will review your case and provide further instructions.
- If eligible, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
c. Ship Product:
- Ship the product, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase, to the address provided by MobileFlixx Customer Support.
3. Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products not purchased from MobileFlixx or authorized distributors.
- Lost or stolen items.
4. Warranty Resolution:
Upon receiving your product, MobileFlixx will inspect and assess the issue. If the defect is covered by the warranty, MobileFlixx will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. The repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to MobileFlixx for warranty service. Mobileflixx will cover the return shipping costs for repaired or replaced products within the warranty coverage.
6. Disclaimer:
Mobileflixx reserves the right to modify or terminate the warranty terms at any time without prior notice. The warranty terms stated herein are the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Mobileflixx. Any additional warranties implied by law are limited to the duration of this warranty.
